I felt heard, listened to and understood. I feel the advice I was given was very good and helpful as this meant I understood my own position better and also the help/assistance my employer could and should provide to support me. I’m able to progress at work with more confidence that I’m entitled to support and this is of huge importance for me, not just for my prospects in my job but also for my own mental health/wellbeing. Never once was I asked or my religious and spirituality brought up in conversation... Plus my appointment was cancelled and I waited a long time for a replacement appointment. I attended this health check as I was told it needed to be done before I could then be referred to the psychiatric team, since my visit I am still yet to hear about an appointment for my original medical problem. We are almost 6 months since my original G.P appointment which I find is unacceptable and shambolic especially when I've been suicidal and in the depths of depression.

Just communicate more I still have had no communication regarding my original problem at my G.P appointment I'm still mentally unstable and I have no idea when I will be seen by the psych team. When your G.P practice tells you via text not to contact them unless in an absolute emergency what are you ment to do ..... I've just given up.

I was on the waiting list a long time, and during this period did not receive many updates had to chase a couple of times. However now I am being treated the information is always timely and I am well informed.

I could tell from the very start the lady had a warm friendly atmosphere around and made me feel safe and secure

I personally can not think of anything that could have been done any better than how it was. A totally superb meeting thank you

The physio I saw was very attentive and listened as well as explaining things clearly using accessible language and was super reassuring.

[name removed] explained what treatment I was going to receive and gave me exercises that I could do at home. If there were terms that I didn’t understand he made time to explain them. He was extremely patient, kind and thoughtful during the sessions that I had with him. He got me on my feet and gave me the confidence to start walking again. Thank you, Isebrook.

A longer time slot but I know that is impossible with current NHS staff shortages and a high demand for your services.

Everything was explained very clearly and I felt very happy that I was made aware of everything that would happen next I feel that I am being very well cared for and there are many further appointments that have been made to assist my recovery.

Very quick to get an appointment within 2 weeks of seeing my doctor which was great as been in discomfort. The physio therapist [name removed] was very informative and explained what the condition I had was and ways of helping with exercises. I came away feeling relieved as I now know what is wrong and how to correct it. Great service!
